Our Story
Shoogies 'n Cream is a family owned bakery service in Georgetown, Texas. We are 3rd generation Texans from the Austin area.
In 2017, our oldest daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of four. Our family was suddenly thrust into living a gluten free lifestyle. It was quite an adjustment and learning experience.Â
One of our family's favorite traditions has always been decorating sugar cookies during the Christmas season. During our first gluten free Christmas we were unable find the perfect sugar cookies, so we set out on a mission to create the perfect gluten free sugar cookie recipe.
Our collection of gluten free recipes kept growing to include all of our favorite baked treats. After enough tweaking and compliments from friends and family, we decided to share our delicious baked goods with the world.
